What you type in the booking form

When you send the booking form, your details (name, mobile number, child’s age, service and message) are placed in a WhatsApp message that you send to the center’s number, and a copy is kept in a protected file on the website’s server so your request isn’t lost. Only the center’s team can access these details.

Measurement and advertising tools

We use Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers and which pages help most, and we may use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools use cookies and technical information such as browser type and IP address. If you use the booking form, your mobile number may be sent to Meta in hashed (encrypted) form to measure ad results, without the number itself being revealed.

How we use data

Only to contact you about your request, to improve the website and to measure our ads. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete any details you sent us by contacting info@elcegypt.com or the center’s phone number. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
